About the role

JMS Healthcare Phl, Inc. is seeking a driven and experienced PRODUCTION MAINTENANCE ENGINEER to join our dynamic team in our Batangas Calabarzon location. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role ensuring that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, contributing to the overall success of manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Equipment Maintenance: Overseeing routine maintenance and repairs of production machinery to minimize downtime and enhance performance.
  2. Process Improvement: Analyzing production processes to identify inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and implementing solutions to optimize productivity.
  3. Troubleshooting: Diagnosing issues with equipment and production systems, performing root cause analysis, and executing corrective actions swiftly to maintain operational flow.
  4. Collaboration: Working closely with production staff and other engineering teams to integrate maintenance with production schedules, ensuring minimal disruption.
  5. Safety Compliance: Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe working environment.
  6. Documentation: Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  7. Training: Providing training and guidance to operational staff on proper equipment use and maintenance practices.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Production Engineer.
  • Knowledge of machinery, systems, and processes used in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to improve production reliability and efficiency.
  • Skills in planning and executing maintenance projects effectively.
