⮚ Responsible for the installation of electrical supply and set-up of new machines and equipment (Automatic unloader, Robot take out, Mold Temperature Controller, Hopper Dryer and Mold Heater, Transformer )

⮚ Have enough knowledge in repairing damage molds and machines.

⮚ Responsible in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance in Machine and Mold.

⮚ Perform Machine Calibration for standard process production.

⮚ Responsible for new mold to validate parameters of good product.

⮚ Responsible in Engineering Change Notice for new Parameter adjustment.

⮚ Responsible in monitoring smooth flow of production to ensure the high quality of the product.

⮚ Prepares Preventive Maintenance Record for machines and molds.

⮚ Responsible for monthly consumable and Spare parts for purchase

⮚ Responsible for new mold trial especially in Parameter set-up.

⮚ Responsible in doing document for machine like machine history, machine checklist, preventive and predictive maintenance. Machine status.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php12,454.00 per month
