Job Title : Estimator (Civil Engineer )

YAR DMS is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with expertise in planning and estimation to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate project plans and cost estimates, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates for various civil engineering projects.

  • Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates.

  • Conduct site visits and assessments to collect data and verify project requirements.

  • Evaluate potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure that all planning and estimation activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

  • Maintain and update project documentation, records, and databases.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed Civil Engineer)

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on planning and estimation.

* Proficiency in project management and estimation software

* Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.

* Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
