Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and efficiency, escalating when necessary for quick resolution.
  • Accurately update and maintain customer records and order details in the system.
  • Stay up to date on company policies, services, and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Must have 6 months BPO experience
  • Can start ASAP
  • High school graduates or equivalent (college undergraduates welcome).
  • Able to work on-site (Cubao, Quezon City) and attend on-site interviews.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Must be living within NCR or Rizal/Antipolo

Job Types: On-Site Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to Php 23,000 Package
