Salary: Php30,000 - Php40,000 (Negotiable)

Training: On Site Work Set-up

After the Training: Hybrid Work Set-Up

JOB REQUIREMENT:

Open for Non-Bachelor's Degree

At least 2-3 years Call Center experience

Amenable to work in a shifting schedule

Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested

Amenable to be train on site

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver exceptional customer service while tailoring solutions to the needs of commercial banking clients.

Ensure full compliance with banking regulations while identifying and fulfilling both current and future client needs.

Serve as the primary phone-based point of contact for clients requiring timely support across a wide range of commercial banking products.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues efficiently and effectively.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
