Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Officer to oversee end-to-end payroll processing, government compliance, and compensation & benefits administration. This role ensures that employees are paid accurately and on time while adhering to statutory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
  • Prepare and submit Alphalist and other BIR requirements
  • Handle government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
  • Maintain and update accurate employee payroll records
  • Prepare payroll reports and documentation for audits and management review

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and compensation & benefits administration
  • Knowledgeable in Alphalist preparation and government remittances
  • Proficient in payroll systems/software and MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
