Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Payroll Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Assist in end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and deductions.
  • Verify and record employee work hours, overtime, leaves, and absences for payroll processing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll tax filings, benefits contributions, and other statutory deductions.
  • Assist in preparing payroll reports related to expenses, tax filings, and reconciliations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding salary, benefits, tax deductions, and payslips.
  • Stay up to date with payroll laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.

Qualifications for Payroll Associate:

  • With 6-1year experience in Payroll
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll data.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software (training will be provided as needed).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
