We're Hiring: Project Manager (High-Rise Building Experience)

Location: Las Pinas

Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 10+ Years

Are you a seasoned Civil Engineer with a strong background in High-rise building construction? We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team.Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage structural design and site execution of high-rise residential/commercial projects (18 stories).
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Conducted structural analysis, prepared BOQs, and reviewed shop drawings.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in civil and structural engineering.
  • Proven track record in High-rise building projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Has experience in Contractor coordination and management relations.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC or equivalent, if applicable).
