  • Serve as the main point of contact for existing and prospective clients (farms, agribusinesses, cooperatives, agtech partners).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in agribusiness (farm owners, operations managers, agronomists).
  • Understand clients' business models, pain points, and farming operations so you can tailor DJI's solutions effectively.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities: upsell, cross-sell, and renew accounts.
  • Prepare proposals, demos, and commercial terms (pricing, payment, service, support).
  • Coordinate and conduct product demos (drone spraying, mapping) for clients.
  • Organize or support training sessions for clients so they can operate DJI's agricultural drones safely and effectively.
  • Liaise with DJI's technical / R&D / operations teams to address client technical queries (flight planning, obstacle avoidance, payload, multispectral imaging, etc.).
  • Work with clients to plan and implement precision-agriculture applications (spraying, seeding, mapping) in line with their needs.
  • Conduct market research on the ag-drone market in the Philippines: trends, competitors, regulatory environment, farmer adoption.
  • Provide feedback to DJI management on product-market fit, feature requests, pricing, and demand.
  • Assist in local marketing and promotional initiatives (partner with marketing team for field days, farm shows, product launches).
  • Track sales metrics, customer KPIs, usage / adoption of drone solutions.
  • Prepare monthly / quarterly business reviews and forecasts for your accounts.
  • Report account status, pipeline, risks, and opportunities to regional or global DJI Agriculture sales leaders.
  • Ensure smooth delivery, installation, and onboarding of drone systems.
  • Coordinate maintenance, service, and spare parts with service teams or third parties.
  • Collect feedback, manage customer escalations, and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Ensure that clients follow regulatory / safety protocols when operating agricultural drones.
  • Work with clients to implement flight planning, obstacle sensing, and operational safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
