About the role
FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION (FORMERLY SANKO FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION' is seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Service Associate to join their team in Taguig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat channels
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of the maritime industry is an advantage
