Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ESG Auditor with a strong technical background to join our compliance and assurance team. The role is focused on supporting manufacturing clients in meeting environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards through rigorous audits, assurance services, and technical trainings. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in applying international ESG frameworks, identifying compliance gaps, and recommending sustainable improvements in line with regulatory and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed ESG audits and compliance assessments against international standards (e.g., ISO 14064 series, ISO , and other sustainability frameworks).
  • Perform independent third-party assurance of ESG disclosures, greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories, and sustainability reports.
  • Deliver technical ESG-related training programs and workshops (public and in-house).
  • Provide technical guidance to manufacturing clients in embedding ESG requirements into operational processes.
  • Identify ESG-related risks, non-conformities, and areas for improvement based on audit findings and applicable regulations.
  • Prepare comprehensive, accurate, and well-documented audit and assurance reports with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of ESG-related auditing, assurance, or compliance experience (preferably within the manufacturing sector).
  • Certified Lead Auditor in at least one of the following standards:
  • ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
  • ISO Environmental Management)
  • ISO Occupational Health & Safety)
  • ISO Energy Management)
  • Additional credentials in ESG and sustainability standards are highly desirable, including:
  • ISO Greenhouse Gas Accounting)
  • ISO Carbon Neutrality)
  • GRI Standards (Global Reporting Initiative)
  • ISO Anti-Bribery Management)
  • ISO Risk Management)
  • SA 8000 (Social Accountability)
  • Previous experience with a recognized third-party certification body is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply complex ESG standards, regulatory frameworks, and technical requirements.
  • Strong analytical, technical writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple audit engagements independently while maintaining accuracy and compliance integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php42, Php55,000.00 per month
