Key Responsibilities

  • Process mortgage and real estate loan applications from start to finish
  • Review, verify, and organize all borrower documentation
  • Coordinate with lenders, underwriters, clients, and third-party vendors
  • Track loan files to ensure timely completion and meet required deadlines
  • Prepare and update loan files, reports, and status trackers
  • Communicate updates clearly and professionally with all parties involved
  • Perform administrative and real estate-related VA tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Loan Processor or Real Estate VA
  • Strong understanding of mortgage documentation and real estate workflows
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, document management tools, and online communication platforms
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php250.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
