Job DescriptionDesign and layout (stickers, signage, site design layout). Conduct site checks and inspections for actual layout implementation. Coordinate with other department heads regarding layout design for incoming projects.

Provide instructions and lead the team and field personnel. Coordinate design efforts to improve operational efficiency and minimize issues. Supervise site activities based on business needs, accessibility, and cost considerations.

Implement safety measures, integrate eco-friendly and energy-efficient designs, and ensure compliance. Analyze and optimize workplace layouts to enhance productivity, efficiency, and revenue. Develop floor plans for offices, warehouses, workspaces, site offices, and parking facilities.

Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and architects to ensure designs meet business requirements. Prepare cost analyses for construction, renovation, or equipment installation. Develop long-term maintenance and renovation schedules.

Competencies and SkillsDesign & Technical SkillsExpertise in creating layouts for signage, stickers, and site designs. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc. Strong understanding of design principles, layout structures, and visual aesthetics.

Leadership & Team CoordinationStrong leadership skills with experience managing design teams and field operations. Ability to collaborate effectively with other department heads on layout projects. Capable of giving clear instructions to team members and site personnel.

Site Supervision & CoordinationExperience in site inspections and supervising design implementation. Attention to detail to ensure actual site layouts match designs. Ability to monitor and maintain quality during design execution.

Safety & ComplianceKnowledge of safety standards and hazard prevention. Ability to enforce safety protocols and hazard mitigation measures. Communication & Problem-SolvingExcellent communication skills for conveying design concepts and project updates.

Strong problem-solving skills for addressing design and site challenges. Time Management & OrganizationAbility to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Organized with effective prioritization skills.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Graphic Arts, Architecture, or related field. Proven experience in design layout, signage, site design, and inspections. Several years in supervisory or leadership roles in design or construction projects.

Proficiency in graphic design, AutoCAD, and cost estimation tools.
