About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Interior Designer and Project Manager to join our team at Empiredesigns Inc' in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of high-quality residential and commercial interior design projects, collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams to bring their visions to life.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct client consultations to understand their design needs and preferences
  2. Develop creative and innovative interior design concepts and space planning solutions
  3. Prepare detailed design plans, mood boards, 3D renderings and other visual presentations
  4. Manage the procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures, materials and finishes
  5. Oversee project timelines, budgets and the work of contractors and suppliers
  6. Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction
  7. Collaborate with the wider design and project management teams to share best practices

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2-4 years of experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in a project management role
  2. Strong technical design skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
  3. Excellent knowledge of interior design trends, materials, suppliers and construction methods
  4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets and deadlines simultaneously
  5. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  6. A degree in Interior Design or a related field
  7. Passion for creating unique, functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces
