Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Artist Supervisor to lead and support our design team in delivering high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, with proven exposure to global brands and a strong understanding of international design standards. This role requires both creative vision and leadership skills to ensure consistency, innovation, and excellence across all design outputs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of graphic artists, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of design projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and product teams to develop compelling visual assets for campaigns, packaging, digital platforms, and in-store displays.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials, adhering to global brand guidelines.
  • Review and approve design work, providing constructive feedback and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or vendors when necessary to support design initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work with global brands and diverse design styles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of print production and digital media formats is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in fashion retail or lifestyle brands.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools.
