We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction. You will address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on company offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
