Position Overview

The Regional Director – Visayas is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight across all business functions within the region, including Franchising, Manufacturing, Logistics, Food Industry Operations, Commissary, and Maintenance & Repair. The role ensures seamless execution of business strategies, operational excellence, profitability, and sustainable growth in alignment with corporate goals.

This position will serve as the key regional leader, driving business performance, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistent implementation of standards across all units.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and directives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure operational efficiency, profitability, and business continuity.
  • Monitor regional performance metrics and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations of food industry, commissary, logistics, and manufacturing to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
  • Lead and support the franchising team in achieving expansion and franchise partner satisfaction targets.
  • Supervise the maintenance and repair team to ensure all facilities and equipment are well-maintained and operational.
  • Ensure optimal coordination across departments to achieve smooth end-to-end operations.

Financial & Business Performance

  • Manage regional budgets, cost controls, and financial targets to achieve profitability goals.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of regional performance to the President/CEO.

People Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop regional managers and department heads to build strong, high-performing teams.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Support recruitment, training, and retention of key regional talent.

Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, safety, food quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with company operating procedures and audit results.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior regional or operations director role within food manufacturing, retail, or franchising industries.
  • Strong business acumen with proven experience in multi-site operations, logistics, and manufacturing management.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Willing to travel extensively within the Visayas region.
  • Willing to work in Cebu Office
