Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Engineering course
  • With one to two (1-2) years' experience in Heavy Equipment/Gen Set services or any related industry
  • Preferably a Licensed Engineer
  • Manages and supervises project completion and profitability within MPS Engineering policies and guidelines with the objective of ensuring quality standard and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitors and updates project status and provides a regular progress report to the Project Manager in order to secure support when needed and ensure proper documentation and timely feedback.
  • Conduct site inspection in order to ensure completeness and accuracy of SOW based on actual site conditions.
  • Prepares and submit progress billing to customer with complete attachment based on site requirements as prerequisites to Monark progress billing in order to ensure on time submission and collection.
  • Attends weekly coordination meeting with customer on site in order to address concerns related to project implementation.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of assigned company assets such as tools, company vehicle, laptops, mobile phones, etc.
  • Proposes new ways and ideas in order to add value to the Group and Company.
  • Performs other related functions as deemed necessary.
