Key Responsibilities

Plan Installation & Commissioning Activities

  • Prepare and organize site installation plans including location setup, documentation, tools, and equipment.
  • Arrange transportation, site access, and coordinate with stakeholders (NIC, 3rd parties).
  • Conduct E+OHS inspections and daily risk assessments.
  • Ensure site safety, proper PPE use, and material storage compliance.
  • Maintain complete and accurate site documentation.

Execute Installation & Commissioning Setup

  • Install, align, and test telecom equipment per installation documentation.
  • Check for transport or delivery damages.
  • Conduct power-up and drive/line-of-sight testing.
  • Compile test documentation and red-marked drawings for As-Built files.
  • Coordinate with the Network Integration Centre (NIC) for off-site integration services.
  • Finalize site commissioning and prepare completion reports.

Ensure Quality, Safety, and Compliance

  • Enforce E+OHS and security standards on-site.
  • Conduct visual inspections and monitor safety performance.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and suitable for use.
  • Act on missing or damaged materials, and ensure compliance with local laws.
  • Stop any unsafe work immediately where life or safety is at risk.
  • Report and document quality or safety issues and corrective actions.

Lead and Supervise Site Work

  • Plan and delegate daily work schedules and workforce activities.
  • Ensure team competency and coordinate material and personnel needs.
  • Supervise work progress and report deviations or performance issues.
  • Monitor external resources and ensure work is completed to standards.

Manage ASP Staff (Authorized Service Providers)

  • Conduct theoretical and practical assessments of ASP staff.
  • Facilitate licensing and maintain training records in compliance with local requirements.
  • Coordinate with NRO TAC for staff monitoring and certification.

Perform Field Surveys

  • Plan and execute on-site design validation using survey tools, software, and design drawings.
  • Prepare detailed survey and validation reports for project planning.

Create Drawings & Specifications

  • Develop detailed design and engineering documentation for site installation.
  • Produce accurate installation and As-Built drawings for both simple and complex products.
  • Ensure all design outputs align with project standards and technical requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field).
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in telecom site installation, commissioning, or network deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of E+OHS and site safety practices.
  • Proficiency in reading and creating design drawings (AutoCAD is a plus).
  • Excellent coordination, documentation, and leadership skills.
  • Willing to travel and work in field conditions (nationwide).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php33,200.00 per month
