Job description:
The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and
optimizing paid advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, and Lazada Ads to
maximize sales and ROI. This role combines marketplace ad management expertise with
social ad buying skills to drive qualified traƯic, boost product visibility, and increase
conversions for the company's e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications

- Hands-on experience in TikTok Ads Manager, Shopee My Ads, and Lazada, Sponsored Solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with sales attribution models.
- Knowledge of conversion optimization and marketplace sales mechanics.
