Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Associate to join our team. This role serves as the team lead for Technical Specialists, supporting the Customer Success Manager in day-to-day operations, service delivery, and administrative functions. The CSA plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, service quality, and team performance.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields)
  • No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong leadership potential with confidence in training and guiding team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and take initiative
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to address challenges effectively on-site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality and on-time delivery of services and treatments based on agreed schedules and procedures
  • Manage, train, and monitor Technical Specialists on-site
  • Direct and assign employees to daily tasks to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Monitor technician compliance with operational standards, company policies, and department practices
  • Conduct on-site toolbox meetings to plan, discuss, and resolve client-related issues
  • Reinforce customer service standards, ensuring technicians prioritize client satisfaction
  • Assist with administrative duties, including reports and documentation requirements
  • Establish performance goals aligned with company standards and philosophy
  • Coordinate with managers and supervisors to review and adjust personnel assignments
  • Conduct regular quality inspections and client visits to strengthen business relationships and improve customer retention
