Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all day-to-day billing needs
  • Multi-currency billing – Including GBP, EUR, USD, NOK, SEK, DKK
  • Ensure clients are operating within approved credit limits and Insurable Turnover
  • Collaborate with Finance and Account Management to facilitate client billing
  • Maintain Reconciliation of client prepaid media funds
  • Research outstanding accounts receivable - unbilled/billed items
  • Answer client inquiries to maintain good billing relations between company and client
  • Issue invoices and distribute them electronically or via client portal
  • Keep accurate records of client and vendor billing
  • Ensure clients are billed correctly for services offered in accordance to contracted rates


Qualifications

  • 2 years' experience in billing or accounting
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in either Finance or Accounting
  • International experience. Expert in dealing with a large volume of Multi Currency transactions and FX billing
  • Proven experience in Billing within a media or similar industry.
  • Proficient in MS Excel required
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting principles 
  • Skilled in prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a changing work environment
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented, organized and ability to multi-task a must
  • Ability to pick up on new systems a must
