Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of relevant and progressively increasing responsibility and achievement on IT networking infrastructure projects

  • at least 5 years extensive experience in the support of Cisco Networking Technologies.

  • Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills required.

  • Practical Technical knowledge on Networking Technologies: DNS, DHCP, VPN, Network Security, IP Routing Protocols.

  • Practical Technical knowledge on CISCO Networking Technologies: Routing & Switching, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).

  • With experience in Cisco Wireless, Meraki Wireless and Palo Alto Firewalls.

  • Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite and friendly manner, both written and verbal to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-past working environment.

  • High level technology problem solving skills.

  • Rotational 24/7 (Must be okay to work even during weekends and holidays)

  • Hybrid (99% WFH), will require physical hands work at the Cebu DC (Mandaue) - minimum quarterly for inspections, and as needed in case of issues.
