We are seeking a Raw Materials Receiving Checker to manage the receipt, inspection, and verification of all incoming raw materials. This position plays a key role in ensuring that all deliveries are accurate, well-documented, and compliant with established quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming raw materials and review all accompanying documentation.
  • Unload, inspect, and verify deliveries to ensure accuracy, quality, and that no damage has occurred.
  • Check that delivered quantities match the Purchase Order, invoice, and bill of lading.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues identified during inspection.
  • Label and place materials in their assigned storage locations.
  • Coordinate with PCD personnel to verify Purchase Orders prior to receiving items.
  • Keep accurate records of received materials and support inventory management.
  • Assist in raw material recovery by collecting spillages promptly.
  • Ensure material quality is maintained before storage.
  • Monitor and enforce proper weighing procedures for all incoming trucks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in receiving and loading areas.
  • Ensure materials are received, handled, and stored safely, promptly, and correctly.
  • Follow standard receiving procedures, including quality checks and temperature monitoring when required.
  • Complete receiving documents accurately for each delivery.
  • Help organize and maintain inventory storage areas.
  • Follow proper truck queuing procedures for all deliveries.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four-year course.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in warehousing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
  • Honest, hardworking, and results-driven.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to multitask.
  • Proficient in computer applications, especially MS Office.
