Job Purpose:

To ensure accurate receipt, inspection, storage, and transfer of materials, supporting quality, safety, and efficient warehouse operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive and inspect incoming deliveries of raw materials, merchandise, and finished products.
  • Verify quantities received against delivery documents such as delivery receipts, sales invoices, and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
  • Prepare samples for quality assurance testing and assist QA as needed.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts, including daily and monthly inventories, and record all stock movements.
  • Maintain inventory records and update relevant documentation such as stock cards and activity checklists.
  • Organize, label, and store materials and products following FIFO and other regulatory standards.
  • Handle stock transfers between warehouses and prepare necessary transfer documentation.
  • Participate in 5S and safety activities to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with operating standards.
  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, including rush and lightweight items.
  • Support warehouse operations, including supervising counter checkers and assisting customers with order pickups.
  • Monitor and report any incidents or irregularities to warehouse management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the department's goals and operations.

OTHERS

  • Participate in meetings and trainings related to logistics, food safety, and operations.
  • Strictly observes operating standards according to HACCP, CGMP, FIFO, 5S procedures.
  • Assists in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of Warehouse facility.
  • Performs other duties as necessary in meeting the objectives/ mission of the department and/or as assigned by superior.

Minimum Requirements:

  • College/High school graduate, college level or vocational diploma.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per month
