Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing materials — raw ingredients, packaging supplies, and finished goods.

Track sold items daily across online platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, etc.) and reconcile physical vs. system stocks.

Plan and oversee the scheduling of production, coordinating with the operations and production teams.

Prepare weekly stock movement reports (in/out, consumption, production output, and balances).

Create and update inventory sheets for raw materials (fragrance oils, alcohol, bottles, caps, boxes, stickers, etc.).

Determine what to reorder based on usage rate, lead times, and upcoming production needs.

Supervise receiving and issuance of all materials to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.

Manage storage areas to maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety.

Coordinate with suppliers and owners for replenishment orders of raw materials and packaging.

Work closely with the production head to ensure zero delays in batching and filling schedules.

Conduct regular physical counts and investigate discrepancies.

Assist in improving inventory systems (manual, barcode, or digital tracking).

Ensure all platform stock levels are accurate and updated in coordination with the e-commerce and operations teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
