Job Qualification:

  • Preferable a graduate of BS Food Technology course
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of related working experience in a food manufacturing company
  • With basic knowledge in GMP, SSOP, GLP, Food Safety, and HACCP System
  • With good oral and written communication skills, hardworking, flexible, keen on details, and result oriented
  • With good leadership and organizational skill
  • Strong analytical, and organizational skills are required.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential.
  • With initiative and must be willing to work on holidays, weekends, and extended hours when necessary
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Willing to travel by land, air
  • Willing to work in Makati

Job Description

  • Responsible for checking the physical, and chemical analyses and monitors the quality and consistency of all incoming raw and packaging materials
  • Conducts inspection of finished product prior to dispatch
  • Completes QA testing in a timely manner in accordance to schedule and workflow
  • Performs verification of equipment
  • Conducts commissary and warehouse inspection/audit and gives recommendations on proper material disposition
  • Monitors in-line process
  • Verifies compliance of personnel on hygiene, sanitation, and company set of standards
  • Performs sensory evaluation of in-process and finished products as needed
  • Monitors and communicates all information on non-conforming products and process deviation
  • Supports in writing and maintenance of SOP's, reports, and Food Safety manuals
  • Receives and evaluates spoilage returns from stores
  • Assists in the review, revision, and standardization of established processes and procedures
  • Prepares relevant reports and monitors status
  • Able to handle, investigate and generate a report for customer complaints
  • Conducts supplier audit
  • Conducts store audit (Within and outside Metro Manila)
  • Performs other related duties as required by the immediate superior

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
