Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Engineer1 located in Quezon City. The Site Engineer1 will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites. Tasks will include supervising project progress, ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating with various stakeholders, and managing project schedules. The role will also involve conducting site inspections, quality control, and troubleshooting any issues that arise on-site. Additionally, the Site Engineer1 will need to maintain clear communication with project managers, contractors, and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Research and Project Management
• Training and mentoring skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
• Proficiency in construction management software
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational
