About the role

This is a full-time role for a Treasury Assistant to join the team at Taft Property Venture Development Corp. Based in Cebu City, Cebu, this role will provide essential support to the Treasury function of this respected property development company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist the Treasury team with daily cash management tasks including processing payments, reconciliations and reporting
  2. Support the preparation of financial reports and analysis for management
  3. Contribute to the maintenance of treasury policies, procedures and controls
  4. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners such as banks
  5. Provide backup support across the broader Finance team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a treasury or accounting role, preferably within the property or real estate industry
  2. Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  3. Proficient in using financial systems and MS Office, particularly Excel
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders
  5. A team player with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  6. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
