About the role

HIGHPOINT PROPERTY VENTURES IND. CORP.' is seeking a Treasury Staff to join their team in Cebu Central Visayas. This full-time position is responsible for supporting the overall treasury function, ensuring efficient cash flow management and maintaining accurate financial records.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting with the management of the company's cash, investments and financial transactions
  2. Preparing and analysing cash flow reports, bank reconciliations and other financial statements
  3. Monitoring and forecasting the company's liquidity position
  4. Liaising with banks and other financial institutions to facilitate transactions and resolve any issues
  5. Maintaining detailed records of all treasury-related activities
  6. Supporting the implementation of treasury policies and procedures
  7. Providing administrative support to the wider finance team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Qualification in accounting, finance or a related field
  2. At least 1 year of experience in a treasury or finance role, preferably within the property/real estate industry
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  4. Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Familiarity with treasury management best practices and regulations
