Job Responsiilities

  • Responsible for both new and renewal applications of permits and licenses to ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Ensures business closure compliance with BIR and local government requirements.
  • Performs basic clerical duties such as document preparation, answering calls, scanning, and notarization.
  • Monitors insurance policies and premiums to maintain up-to-date coverage.
  • Oversees the monitoring of store fire extinguishers.
  • Manages data encoding, record-keeping, and report generation for permits.
  • Handles consolidation and consolidates monthly credit card charges for free standing store.
  • Perform other duties as may be required from time to time as assigned by the Immediate/Department Head.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in a similar position
  • Understanding of relevant laws and best practices
  • Comfortable with mathematics and financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in Business, Accounting, or related courses
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
