· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

· Licensed Mechanical Engineer is preferred.

· With minimum work experience of 10 years or more in Project Management and Construction Management/ Supervision for Power Plant Projects or Hotel.

· Knowledge of mechanical design principles

· Preferably with at least 5-10 years of work experience in the same capacity in hotel operations or any field of Engineering operation and maintenance practice, implementing medium to large hotel.

· Proficient in project management software (Proficient in Microsoft Office). AutoCAD, construction methods, quality assurance, and safety compliance

· Troubleshoot and repair hotel equipment, facilities, and systems (including HVAC and electrical).

· With Supervisory Skills and can handle manpower professionally

· Have a comprehension of the CADD software

· Must regularly check building sites in order to find any deviations or non-conformances

· Strong organizational skills

· Strong leadership, communication, analytical thinking,

· Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges and conflict resolution skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Preferable from Tacloban & residing in Tacloban.

· Assigned in Downtown Tacloban City

· With Complete requirements

· Can start as soon as possible

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
