What you'll be doing

  1. Carefully selecting, cutting, trimming, and preparing meat products to the highest standards
  2. Ensuring all meat is handled and stored in compliance with food safety regulations
  3. Assisting with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
  4. Providing exceptional customer service and advice to customers on product selection
  5. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
  6. Collaborating with the wider team to support the smooth running of the butchery

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Butcher or in a similar meat preparation role
  2. Strong knowledge of meat cuts, handling, and storage best practices
  3. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
  4. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality products
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
  6. Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
