Job Description:

  • Evaluates hospital processes and systems to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Analyzes workflow, patient safety, and service delivery to identify areas for improvement.
  • Leads and supports hospital-wide quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
  • Collects and analyzes data to monitor performance indicators and develop corrective action plans.
  • Assists departments in preparing for internal and external audits, including accreditation activities (e.g., DOH, ISO, PhilHealth).
  • Conducts root cause analysis and recommends process enhancements to improve clinical and non-clinical operations.
  • Coordinates training and awareness programs related to quality standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably with at least 1–2 years of experience in hospital quality assurance or process improvement.
  • Familiar with hospital accreditation standards and quality management systems.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
