About the role

As a Marketing Supervisor at HH ALL VENTURES ENTERPRISES CORP.', will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing strategies and initiatives. Based in Paranaque City Metro Manila, this full-time position will see you leading a team of marketing professionals to deliver impactful campaigns that support the company's overall business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing effective marketing plans to promote the company's products and services
  2. Overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media
  3. Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience
  5. Managing and mentoring a team of marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
  6. Reporting on marketing performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations to improve the effectiveness of campaigns

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing supervisory or management role, preferably within the Marketing & Communications industry
  2. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, SEO, and content creation
