Despina Pharma is accepting applications and ongoing interviews for a Product Launch Supervisor. The position will start in January 2026.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, Communications, or a related field.

· 3–7 years of experience in trade marketing, product/brand management, marketing, or related roles.

· Experience in OTC, pharma distributors, or supplements is preferred.

· Exposure to digital marketing, social media campaigns, or content coordination is a plus.

· Familiarity with trade marketing, promotional activations, or event coordination.

· Knowledge of CRM, project management tools, or reporting systems is advantageous.

· Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.

· Creative, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Launch Planning & Execution

· Develop and implement a detailed product launch roadmap, including timelines, deliverables, milestones, and market penetration strategies.

· Translate overall launch strategy into actionable steps for internal teams and external partners, ensuring clarity and accountability.

· Ensure all departments—including Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Supply Chain, and field partners—are aligned for timely execution and smooth market introduction.

Marketing & Campaign Support

· Assist in creating product messaging, marketing materials, activation kits, and sales enablement tools.

· Support multi-channel campaigns, including digital/social media content, in-store promotions, and sampling initiatives.

· Coordinate with agencies, vendors, or consultants for creative development and campaign rollout.

Trade Marketing & Sales Activation

· Plan and execute trade promotions, POS activities, pharmacy visibility programs, and in-store initiatives.

· Provide guidance and training to sales teams, distributors, and pharmacy staff to ensure launch readiness.

· Oversee launch events or promotional activities to maintain brand presence and engagement.

· Ensure product availability, visibility, and sell-through in key channels.

Performance Tracking & Market Analysis

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall launch effectiveness.

· Conduct competitor analysis, market feedback tracking, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies during and after launch.

· Generate regular reports to support data-driven decision-making and post-launch evaluation.

Cross-Functional Coordination

· Act as the primary point of contact across Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Supply Chain for all launch-related activities.

· Facilitate meetings, track progress, and ensure all stakeholders meet deadlines and objectives.

· Support regulatory compliance, including documentation preparation and coordination with partner consultants as needed.
