We're looking for a Field-Based Agent who will support the onboarding and incubation of new sellers in Manila and assist them in successfully onboarding to the client platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide face-to-face support to sellers needing hands-on assistance
  • Engage and re-engage sellers to adopt programs and tools
  • Raise complex seller concerns to the client for resolution
  • Conduct onboarding call-outs and face-to-face pitching
  • Perform cold calling to potential sellers and encourage them to sign up on the client
  • Seller contact verification and data collection
  • Facilitate the onboarding of sellers
  • Onboard sellers with no active account

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with experience in fieldwork, sales, or account management
  • Willing to travel and conduct face-to-face seller visits
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and doing seller pitches
  • Knowledge in e-commerce is a plus
  • Must be proactive, reliable, and results-driven
  • Based in Manila and willing to start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
