Job Description

A Product Development Associate supports the creation and launch of new products, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with market trends. This role involves collaboration across design, marketing, and quality assurance teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and Analysis:

Study market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions
- Product Lifecycle Support:

Assist in the development process from concept to launch
- Cross functional coordination:

Work with design, engineering and marketing teams to develop specifications and prototypes
- Product Testing:

Conduct tests and gather user feedback to refine products
- Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of product specifications and development changes
- Launch Support:

Help prepare training materials and marketing collateral
- Performance monitoring:

Track product performance post-launch and suggest improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Design or related field
  • Open to fresh graduates or at least 1 year of experience in Product Development
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and creative
