We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Production Assistant
to support our Vice President of Production and the production team in delivering seamless projects and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Production team and leadership
  • Assist with coordination of suppliers, venues, and project requirements
  • Help manage project documents, reports, and event logistics
  • Support on-ground activities during event set-up, show days, and wrap-up

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Management, Sales, or Event Production
  • 1–3 years of experience in a related field (events or production preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace
  • A collaborative team player with a strong network of suppliers
