We are looking for:

TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR - CEBU

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any IT related courses
  • With expertise in both software and hardware operations.
  • At least 5 years up relevant work experience in the same position.
  • Strong personnel and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to details.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Oversee daily operations of the IT support department
  • Train and mentor IT support staff
  • Manage and resolve escalated support issues
  • Establish and manage IT policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for IT maintenance, improvements, and upgrades.
  • Oversee in maintaining data security and confidentiality.
  • Facilitate in conducting regular audits of computer systems and networks
  • Configure networks and provide technical support to the clients via phone or email to satisfy customer needs.
