  • Minimum of 3 years' technical support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based services with excellent knowledge of Linux, Windows Servers OS, Active Directory, and Networking.
  • Exposure with Virtual Machine and MS Azure.
  • Background with Containerization (Docker and/or Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge with Identity and Accident Management (IAM).
  • Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Experience with SQL databases.
  • Experience in case management and reporting using Zendesk or other similar tools.
  • Exhibits strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency in case management tools.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to improve support processes, lead strategic initiatives, bring in efficiency and collaboration of best practices.
  • Provide guidance to support engineers and maintain technical documentation and prepare knowledge base to ensure SOPs for all kind of concepts exist.
  • Enhance support infrastructure, implement automation, and drive efficiency improvements.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Willing work on the night shift schedule (9PM-6AM).
