ROLE DESCRIPTION

IT Specialist – Hardware, is responsible for installing or upgrading components, setting up software, assisting with network administration, and resolving all IT support issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer/Software Engineering, or related field.

2. At least 2 years relevant work experience in Information Technology or similar field preferred.

3. Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.

1. Good written and verbal communication skills.

2. Good interpersonal skills

3. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

4. Strong organization and project management skills.

5. Knowledgeable in relevant IT programs and software.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Installing new software and hardware components and IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.

2. Facilitate network administration.

3. Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.

4. Resolving all issues co-workers have with their IT systems and software.

5. Educating co-workers about network security and best practices for computer usage.

6. Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.

7. Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.

8. Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.

9. Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures. (No Security license for AD, Microsoft, and Branding Application)

10. Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.

11. Replacing faulty network hardware components when required. (No redundant Devices such as firewall and core switch. No backup equipment)

12. Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring network usage bandwidth.

13. Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.

14. Conferring with network users about solving existing system problems.

15. Operating master consoles to monitor the performance of networks and computer systems.

16. Coordinating computer network access and use.

17. Designing, configuring and testing networking software, computer hardware, and operating system software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
