We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our brand's online presence and engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about building strong digital communities through impactful storytelling and content strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage and oversee all company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan and schedule engaging content in coordination with the Creative and Marketing teams.
  • Analyze performance metrics and create regular reports to measure growth and campaign success.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with influencers, partners, and internal teams for campaign execution.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media accounts or digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics, content strategy, and audience engagement.
  • Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other scheduling/analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Experience in paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) is an advantage.
  • Experience in the automotive or retail industry is a plus.
