About the role

Join the dynamic team at TPP Power Inc. as a Sales Officer based in Santa Cruz, Manila City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our diverse customer base. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a crucial part in the continued growth and success of our leading energy solutions provider.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
  2. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
  3. Promote and sell the company's products or services to existing and prospective customers.
  4. Preparing sales proposals, presentations or product demonstrations to secure new business.
  5. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  7. Provide excellent post-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Identify customer needs and suggest product improvements or new opportunities.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions.
  10. Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.
  11. Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
  12. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities.
  13. Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored energy solutions
  14. Negotiating contract terms and closing sales to meet individual and team targets
  15. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer information

What we're looking for

  1. Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
  2. Proven sales experience with more than 3 years and proven records.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers
  4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to overcome objections
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
  6. Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and customer needs
  7. Passion for the power sector and a commitment to delivering sustainable solutions
