What you'll be doing

  • Partnering with department heads to understand their staffing and talent needs
  • Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job description development to candidate sourcing and selection
  • Administering employee onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing HR processes
  • Managing employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary matters
  • Maintaining compliance with local labour laws and regulations
  • Implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Providing HR support and guidance to all employees
  • Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to drive the overall HR strategy

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a HR Generalist or similar role
  • Thorough understanding of local labour laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis
  • Proactive and customer-focused approach to HR service delivery
