What you'll be doing

Partnering with department heads to understand their staffing and talent needsOverseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job description development to candidate sourcing and selectionAdministering employee onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing HR processesManaging employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary mattersMaintaining compliance with local labour laws and regulationsImplementing HR policies, procedures, and best practicesProviding HR support and guidance to all employeesAnalysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvementCollaborating with the leadership team to drive the overall HR strategy

What we're looking for

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of experience as a HR Generalist or similar roleThorough understanding of local labour laws and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProblem-solving mindset and the ability to multitask effectivelyStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsProficiency in HR information systems and data analysisProactive and customer-focused approach to HR service delivery
