About Us

We Fix IT is a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Australia. We deliver complete technology solutions — including IT support, cybersecurity, cloud services, phones, and print — for small to medium businesses across Australia.

We're expanding our international finance team and are seeking a skilled Accountant based in Phillipines who has prior experience working with IT businesses or MSPs.


Role Overview

As our Accountant, you'll handle day-to-day financial operations and management reporting for multiple entities under the We Fix IT group. You'll work closely with our Australian finance team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage bookkeeping and accounting for multiple Australian entities.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including follow-ups.
  • Process payroll and superannuation for Australian staff.
  • Prepare and assist with BAS, PAYG, and other tax obligations.
  • Work closely with the finance manager to improve efficiency.
  • Use and maintain data in Xero and other integrated software systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (Australian accounting experience preferred).
  • Prior experience working for an IT company or MSP is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Xero accounting software.
  • Understanding of Australian accounting standards, BAS, and GST.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment (remote role).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
