JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

· Preferably with Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy

· With at least one (1) year professional experience in Treasury or Accounting

· Has knowledge of basic accounting practices, cash handling systems and processes

· Detail-oriented, precise and meticulous when preparing documentation

· With high work ethics, sense of integrity and loyalty

· Highly organized, quick learner, and proactive

· Has good interpersonal skills - can work well with others; build effective working relationships throughout the organization and external clients

· Computer-proficient

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Receives remittances such as check and direct deposit from collection personnel and payment from borrowers

· Deposits Post-Dated Checks

· Prepares the following reports:

o Bounced Checks

o Daily Collection Remittance Report

o Post-Dated Checks

o Fund transfer

· Monitors checks for pull-out and releasing of checks/check writer.

· Monitors check booklet.

· Adjustment of Due Date Report

· Maturity Report

· Payment Center Report

· Direct Deposit Report

· Reconciles Abstract Report versus bank audited, bank credit/debit versus system transaction

· Posts remittances to the system as well as restructured accounts, Payment Center Report, ROPA / LTP /non-loan remittance, check deposit, bounced checks and direct deposit.

· Ensure that all checks due for the day are deposited and reported.

· Facilitates pull-out of checks (advance payment, cash replacement, less-to-proceed)

· Ensures safe keeping of all checks issued by borrowers.

· Monitors due for deposit checks and reports checks for cancellation.

· Handles the Petty Cash Fund and its replenishment.

· Requests transactions for deletion/for cm.

· Answers customer's inquiries

· Restructuring of accounts.

· Monitoring of reports from payment centers.

· Performs other work-related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
