Job Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree related to Finance,
  • Business Administration, Accounting or any relevant field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in Treasury Functions is a PLUS.
  • Meticulous in recording transactions.
  • Must be Flexible.
  • Exposure on using SAP and MS Office applications.
  • Can start ASAP.
  • Amenable to work at Ortigas.

Job Description:

  • Preparation of Request for Payments (RFP voucher)
  • Preparation of check payment weekly for disbursement and route check to signatory.
  • Maintaining good relationship with the Bank for coordination.
  • Daily Bank Errands
  • Releasing of Check to Supplier and Securing OR
  • Responsible for handling payments, replenishment of petty cash fund and liquidations.
  • Attend 2 times a week to Main Office – in QC for routing of checks and handling checks for signing.
  • Clerical works assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
