KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor daily cash positions and forecast short- and long-term cash requirements.
- Manage banking relationships and negotiate terms and services with financial institutions.
- Execute and record treasury transactions including payments, transfers, and foreign exchange.
- Maintain and update treasury policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Manage liquidity and working capital to ensure the availability of funds for operational needs.
- Analyze financial markets and economic conditions to recommend investment or hedging strategies.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in coordination with accounting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and audit requirements.
- Assist in the development of financial strategies and reports for senior management.
- Support treasury system implementations or upgrades, and ensure proper documentation.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate treasury, finance, or banking.
- Strong understanding of cash management, financial instruments, and banking operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
